The Transformation Foundation Course

I....totally...get....it! I used to weigh 327lbs and once I decided it was time to make some changes I realized that the first part of the battle was figuring out where the heck to start!
There are SO MANY PROGRAMS for both nutrition and exercise to choose from and we all want to be very efficient with our time, money, effort, and attention that we give to this process.
It took me a few years but I eventually figured things out and I ended up losing over 100lbs. After feeing the huge impact that this transformation had on my life I got motivated to help others do the same thing. I started to help clients in my home town apply the same foundational principles that helped me the most and then something crazy happened: RESULTS!
My hometown clients ended up losing a total of over 35,000 LBS within a five year time span!
Now I've set a goal to take my programs online and produce a million pounds of transformation results....but it all has to start with....your Transformation Foundation!
I've created this Transformation Foundation Course so that we can focus in together and get your transformation launched in the most effective way possible. We will use my Amazing Results Formula, the same formula that I used with my hometown clients, to make sure that all of the foundational components are covered with your transformation.
With this 14 day course you will get:
- My Meltdown Classic Level One meal plan and Approved Foods List. This is where you will learn the foundational principles of clean eating.
- My Transformation Recipe Book so that you have a quick reference guide and you can always introduce new flavors to keep your meals interesting.
- Online follow along workouts that have an intensity level that is perfect for someone that is just getting their transformation started. You will be able to knock these out in 15 minutes or less!
- 30 minute challenges to help you get outside of your comfort zone and add some new tools to your transformation toolbox.
- Transformation Strategy Homework Assignments. These will help you incorporate strategic thinking so that you don't always fall into the same transformation traps...over....and over....again.
- You will learn how to use my Transformation Battle Plan Workbook so that you can set up your next 28 day program once this course is finished.
I've got FOUR main goals for every person that participates in this course:
Goal #1: Learn how to consistently work from a simple game plan. No more floating around with no plan or changing your diet mid week!
Goal #2: Start seeing some results and build up positive momentum in 14 days. We will be doing some results tracking from Day 1 to Day 14 and I want you to see that this is WORKING! There is nothing better than positive momentum with your health and fitness!
Goal #3: I want you to gain/re-gain confidence that you CAN do this. Some of you have been beaten down by trying and "failing" at many different programs. I want to light that fire within you and show you that THIS IS POSSIBLE.
Goal #4: I want to teach you how to set up a 28 day transformation battle plan that you can use moving forward. By using this strategy you will be able to set goals and have a plan of action for every 28 day phase of your transformation journey!
One of the biggest mistakes that I've seen my clients make is when they wait for the "perfect time" to get started. They want to wait for the ideal environment before they launch their transformation. I'm here to tell you that the perfect time to start is NOW. You need to learn how to handle your life situations: the good, the bad, and the ugly AND still continue to make progress with your transformation journey.
