Melanie Avalon is the author of the book What When Wine: Lose Weight and Feel Great with Paleo-Style Meals, Intermittent Fasting, and Wine. She's also the co-host of the top iTunes podcast, The Intermittent Fasting Podcast. Melanie holds a certification in Holistic Nutrition from the AFPA (American Fitness Professionals Association), is a certified wine specialist by the WSET (Wine And Spirits Education Trust), and a member of Mensa International.
